Is the Assistant Minister in order to mislead the House that his Ministry is working in conjunction with KTDA when we know for a fact that the Tea Act, as amended in 2000, removed the issue of authority from KTDA and makes it an agency? He has said here, over and over again, that his Ministry is working together with KTDA. Is he aware that KTDA is no longer an authority, but just an agency?"
