"content": "Maybe, I will defer the Question for one month. The issue of natural resources, utilisation and sustenance of the same, is increasingly becoming important world wide. I think Kenya is not an exception to the world trend. If you see hon. Members raising an issue, Session after Session, there must be something wrong. So, I will defer this Question for one month. Those hon. Members who feel very strongly about this issue, please, get in touch with the Minister, so that he can arrange a visit with you. You can then go and tell him exactly what is there on the ground. If any hon. Member does not get interested on this issue with the Minister outside this House, please, let him or her not come and tell me next time that he or she wants to participate."
