    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT Clause 27 of the Bill be amended- (a) by re-numbering the existing provision as Subclause (1); and (b) by inserting the following new sub-clause after Subclause (1)- “(2) Subsection (1) shall not apply to a fundraising for a person who is contesting an election under this Act or to a fundraising for a political party."
