    "content": " Thank you very much, Mr. Speaker, Sir, for giving me this opportunity to contribute to this Motion. Mr. Speaker, Sir, roads are critical for the economy of this country and the economy of any country. It is, therefore, important that when we deal with roads, the Ministry has to look at the whole country. I have looked through the budget of the Ministry of Roads and Public Works. I have not seen the famous Isiolo-Moyale Road; a road that we have all said is absolutely critical for July 19, 2006 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES 2215 the opening up of northern Kenya. This is a road we all said if it were there, probably, our five colleagues would not have perished. I would want to urge the Minister to see how best he can juggle his budget to provide for the Isiolo-Moyale Road."
