    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, for giving me this opportunity to contribute. I must say that I am very sad. The Ministry of Roads and Public Works has, so unfairly, distributed the resources of this country. I am quite sure that the Minister cannot be responsible for this. I say that because I know the Minister. He is a very fair man. I have worked under him as his personal assistant and deputy for many years. He is my mentor. Therefore, I can say with certainty that, this is not the Minister's work. It is very unfairly done! Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, during my contribution to the Presidential Speech, I said that I will be proving to this House that this Government has deliberately been marginalising certain areas of this Republic!"
