July 19, 2006 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES 2223 Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I stand here a very disappointed Member of Parliament. I stand here expressing the disappointment of many hon. Members of Parliament. We have, year in, year out, talked about the Rongo-Homa Bay Road. The Rongo-Homa Bay Road is well known to the Minister and everybody in this House. That road has been allocated a paltry Kshs7 million. If you look at part of that road between Rodi-Kopany and Rongo, it is easier to drive through the bush than driving on that road."
