"content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to support this Motion. I would like to talk about Emali-Loitokitok Road. This is a very important road for the economy of this country. For the last three financial years, money has been allocated to this road but nothing has been done. In the Printed Estimates for 2004/2005, Kshs180 million was allocated for this road. In last Financial Year, 2005/2006, Kshs400 million was allocated to it but nothing was done. In this financial year, 2006/2007, Kshs600 million has been allocated for this road. I would kindly request the Ministry to tarmack this road this time. With those few remarks, I beg to support."
