I would like to know which units the Minister is talking about because there is a figure of Kshs2.315 billion. On Foreign Borrowing - Direct Payments treated as AIA, Item 5120200, there is an amount of Kshs4.872 billion. I would like an explanation of how the figure came about because it was reflected last year."
