    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I was rehearsing because, maybe, tomorrow I will be speaking from there. I would like to thank the Minister very much for promising this House that all the abnormalities will be corrected. I believe in corrections. I come from Thika District and there are four divisions in the district. Last year, the entire Budget allocation went to Gatanga Division. This year, out of the Kshs369 million which has been allocated to Thika District, only Kshs4 million has been allocated for projects in Gatundu North Constituency. The rest of the money goes to Gatanga Constituency. I would like to request the Minister to correct this abnormality."
