    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, in the past, there has been rampant corruption with regard to the soldiers who are considered for peace-keeping missions. A soldier has to give a bribe in order to be given a chance to serve in the peace-keeping missions. Mr. Speaker, Sir, is the Minister satisfied that he has put in place a good mechanism to ensure that there is no corruption in that respect and that the soldiers who have not had a chance to serve in the UN peace-keeping missions are accorded that chance?"
