    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. Let the Assistant Minister not mislead this House. We had meetings in Siakago with the consultants and engineers and we agreed on what to do. It did not happen. I am, therefore, asking a very simple question and not a political question. Given the problem we had before, is he now satisfied, removing politics, that the project will work as envisaged by the Ministry? That is all I am asking about and not the programme inherited from us!"
