    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, for giving me this opportunity to contribute to the debate on this very important Vote. Without infrastructure, there will be no security. Without roads, there will be no development. Therefore, what the Minister has done by allocating funds for specific roads will go a long way in developing our country. Since this Government came into power in 2002, it has always been talking about the Emali-Oloitokitok Road. I would like to commend the Minister for allocating money for that particular road, which is a very critical road. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, there are several roads of national importance that I would have expected the Minister to consider. I would have expected the Government to consider the Isiolo-Moyale Road. This is a main artery which would enable this country to do major trade with Ethiopia. I know some parts of this road have been done between Isiolo and Elmanti."
