    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, this is a very dangerous proposition particularly for us who are political party managers. Subsection (2) says:- “A person who has participated as a candidate in a nomination or selection of candidates of a political party shall not be eligible for nomination as a candidate by another political party”. If we delete this, it means someone will run for nomination here, loses and goes to another party. We cannot have such indiscipline! I oppose."
