Police File No.CR141/428/2006 is still open. Police are still appealing to any persons with information that may assist in the investigations to volunteer it in confidence to help bring the perpetrators of this crime to book. (b) The Government has no mandate to determine compensation by a private entity which is governed by the terms and conditions of employment contract between the deceased and his employer."
