When somebody is employed as Assistant Chief, then he becomes a Senior Chief, he is actually entitled to the 2078 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES July 13, 2006 benefits accrued when he was an Assistant Chief and also as an ordinary chief. If he made a mistake when he was a Senior Chief, why can he not be paid his benefits for the time he was an Assistant Chief?"
