    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, you will agree with me that the answer given by the Assistant Minister is quite misleading. Some time back in 2005, some medics were recruited. After a month or so, the Ministry retrenched those it had purportedly recruited. As we speak, the country is experiencing a shortage of 5,000 nurses and 500 doctors. What is the Assistant Minister going to do to ensure that we have doctors and nurses in the various hospitals and dispensaries in our constituencies?"
