As a result of fluctuations in terms of international foreign exchange, you find that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is affected. What is the Assistant Minister doing to ensure that such kind of shortfalls which cause embarrassment and which is not deliberate or otherwise are addressed through doing our budgetary allocations in hard currencies for international payment?"
