    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, since the time of Independence in 1963, this country has been paying rent at the rate of, for example, US$25,000 for our mission in New York. This is a perennial waste of Government funds. If this July 13, 2006 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES 2083 Government was planning issues well, we would have purchased properties instead of renting. We are renting units for our missions in Washington, London and New York. How much money do we pay for rent for these missions in the three countries annually?"
