    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, he may resent me, but the hon. Member for Tigania East is totally incorrect to claim that this is an illegality. It is the leadership of the various areas that is causing tension between their members. Even the design of this Question is intended to cause tension. There is nothing wrong with one polling station, if it has sufficient facilities, to be used by two neighbouring constituencies. However, the anomaly will be corrected when the dispute of the boundary is resolved. I appeal to the leadership of Tharaka and Meru North to approach the matter with sobriety and not emotions, to facilitate the amicable resolution of the dispute."
