    "content": "(c) In order to make the selection process more transparent and free from any external interference, the Academic Board has put in place the following measures:- (i) With effect from this year, students will be picked automatically in a computerised system, based on their grades. The system, similar to the one used by the Universities Joint Admission Board, will ensure that only qualified students join the colleges. (ii) Secondly, the Academic Admission Board has identified some marginal areas to be offered courses on affirmative action to help train health workers/professionals from those regions."
