However, some of these societies were formed to buy land and yet they have never partitioned, issued and allocated land to their members. This has rendered most of these co-operative society members poor because they have no access to title deeds. What is the Assistant Minister doing to make sure that land buying co-operatives societies comply with the Co-operative Societies Act?"
