    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, indeed, these Savings and Credit Co-operative Societies (SACCOs) are collapsing. The amendments which were made to the Co-operative Societies Act and the regulations thereto are not adequate enough to look after the affairs of these institutions which have now grown bigger. There was a plan to introduce a SACCO Bill to be concerned with the management of SACCOs. Could the Assistant Minister tell us when this Bill will be introduced in this House?"
