    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, in my constituency, we have been sinking boreholes for the last one year or so. It is costing us between Kshs700,000 to Kshs1 million to drill a borehole. Our biggest concern is the geological survey being done by his Ministry officials. Could the Minister tell us why they are delaying in doing these geo-surveys, and what plans he has put in place for officers to do these geo-surveys fast enough?"
