    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I stand to support that amendment. By nature, I come from a nomadic community. That is one of the reasons why I am supporting this amendment. The point is that we join parties by consent. Until or unless when we reach where parties become and ascribe to the Political Parties Act, that, parties do not become regional properties of individuals then I can say that a number of Kenyans will suffer within this period of six months. So, I support the amendment by hon. Nuh."
