However, allow me to inform the Vice-President and Minister for Home Affairs that children of refugees are not able to access identity cards when they complete their secondary school education. Could the exercise mentioned under part \"c\" of the answer be instituted immediately so that those people who are affected can vote in the coming General Elections?"
