Remember the nomination for candidates contesting election we disposed of in Clause 14. This Clause is not for abuse by party leaders. This is to protect party members who have been faithful and have worked to grow these parties, so that they have exclusivity when it comes to nominations. Lets us for once support our party members and not ourselves."
