    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I am surprised at the answer given by the Minister. I am the Member of Parliament for Wundanyi Constituency and I take my work very seriously. I am always at the grassroots and I know what is happening on the ground. I do not know of any fishing project in Mghange Dawida, neither do I know of any fish pond project in Wundanyi. I also have not seen this African Indigenous Vegetable project. The only project I know of at Wesu is 20 square metres on which Mchicha vegetable has been planted. How can this cost Kshs4 million? Could the Minister undertake to accompany me to Wundanyi as soon as possible to show me where these projects exist?"
