    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, despite the fact that the Coast Development Authority was under-funded it had undertaken a number of projects particularly in Mr. Mwandawiro's constituency. It has actually done a good job. For example, farmers have been trained and given a lot of capacity on fish farming, health, livestock keeping and so on. So, it is unfair for the hon. Member to say that these projects are non-existent. However, it is not my wish to have the CDA and other Regional Development Authorities disbanded. In fact, I will soon be asking the House to increase funding for this regional development authority."
