You informed the House that your Ministry sent a written answer to that Question last week. We have checked our records. There is nowhere where such an answer was received! I appeal to honourable Ministers to ensure that their offices deliver written answers. They should also ensure that they have their signatures. Mr Serut, our records show that, that answer was never received!"
