    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I think the Minister is wasting my time. I am saying that we must do away with nepotism in this country. Today, when you look at appointments in five Ministries, you will see that their Ministers, Permanent Secretaries and other senior officers come from one area. We must root out nepotism from our public sector appointments. This is the message I am sending out, so that this country can prosper. We must kill 2042 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES July 12, 2006 nepotism for the unity of this country."
