    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy, Speaker, Sir, I beg to give Notice of the following Motion:- THAT, aware that the high level of under-employment and unemployment among our university and middle level training institution graduates arises partly from offering of courses that have a diminished job market or mis-marched with the country's job market demand; this House urges the Government to streamline the courses offered in our colleges to ensure that only those courses that are market- driven and well marched with the country's development needs are the ones that can be offered. 1930 IMPROVEMENT OF SANITATION FACILITIES IN POLICE AND PRISON CELLS"
