(a) Is the Minister aware that an unidentified African male patient staggered into the casualty section of Coast Provincial General Hospital on 16th May, 2006 at 6.00 a.m. but remained unattended until 1.30 a.m. on 17th May, 2006? (b) Could she update the House on the condition of the above patient? (c) What steps has the Minister taken to ensure that unaccompanied patients, too ill to speak, are given due care instead of being neglected leading to avoidable death?"
