    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to reply. (a) I am aware that there are no Quality Assurance and Standards Officers in 12 zones in Samburu District. The zones are manned by Teachers Advisory Centre (TAC) Tutors. (b) The Ministry is in the process of declaring about 674 vacant posts for Quality Assurance and Standards Officers to the Public Service Commission for advertisement and subsequent competitive interviews. Once the exercise is over, and the results released, the officers will be posted to fill the vacant positions in the country."
