    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, my Ministry has recommended that an investigation be done and this investigation has not yet been finalized. As I speak now, we have the report with us but it has to be finalized by the Industrial Relations Officer, the Labour Commission and then it will come to the Ministry for approval. Labour disputes take a lot of time because the laws have gaps. So, we hope that when we pass the laws which are before this House, it will be easier to deal with the gaps governing labour disputes. The law does not actually give the timeframe within which labour disputes must be resolved. But soon, the investigation report is going to be approved by the Ministry and then we will answer his Question."
