When talking about the deplorable state of roads in Eastleigh area, we should not forget the roads in Makadara, Bahati, Ziwani, South C and South B estates. Whenever there is fire outbreak in Eastleigh area, or some other form of emergency, the police cannot access the scene because the roads are impassable. What is the Assistant Minister doing to ensure that the public is well looked after and that roads in the said areas are reconstructed as soon as possible?"
