The Kshs1.5 billion which the Republic of China have given as a grant has been given to China Roads and Bridges Construction Company. Those repairs were not done by the same company. In view of the fact that the Assistant Minister has accepted that the road is in a bad state, could he compel the contractor to go back and repair that stretch of the road?"
