    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, some of these things happened during the tenure of the last regime, including the tenure of the hon. Member at KBC. The package that was paid to each individual worker was based on three months basic salary in lieu of notice, a golden handshake of Kshs120,000 and severance payment of 15 days basic salary for every completed year of service, two months basic salary as transport allowance and earned leave as at 30th June, 2006. I hope that will help to clarify the matter that the hon. Member was trying to raise on a point of order."
