    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, clause 46 of the Bill be amended- (a) by deleting Subclause (2) and substituting therefor the following new Subclause- “(2) A Member of Parliament may be recalled where the Member- (i) is found, after due process of the law, to have violated the provisions of Chapter Six of the Constitution; (ii) is found, after due process of the law, to have mismanaged public resources; (iii) is convicted of an offence under this Act. (b) by inserting the following new Subclause after Subclause (5)- “(6) A person who unsuccessfully contested an election under this Act shall not be eligible, directly or indirectly, to initiate a petition under this section”."
