If you read the proposed amendment on the Order Paper, you will find that there is a reference to the amendment in Clause 6(b), where they refer to paragraphs (c) and (d). When you go overleaf, there is also an amendment referred to as (c) and (d). We thought that he was referring to the first (c) and (d) and not the second (c) and (d). We accept the amendments as proposed on the Order Paper under Clause 6(b) to amend (c) and (d). But then, there is a further amendment noted as (c) and (d). As far as we are concerned, these amendments have not been moved yet."
