    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 6 of the Bill be amended in subclause (1)- (a) by deleting the words \"any of the public universities\" appearing in paragraph (b) and substituting therefor the words \"one other university\" (b) by deleting the word \"museums\" appearing in paragraph (c) and substituting therefor the word \"heritage\". (c) by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (d)- (dd) the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry for the time being responsible for defence; (d) in paragraph (e)- (i) by deleting the word \"two\" and substituting therefor the word \"three\", and (ii) by deleting the words \"in consultation with the Director-General\". (e) by deleting the words \"Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry\" appearing in paragraph (f) and substituting therefor the words \"private sector\" (f) by deleting paragraph (g) and substituting therefor the following new paragraph- (g) one person appointed by the Minister upon nomination by the Kenya Tourist Board. (g) by deleting the words \"after consultation with the Board\" appearing in paragraph (h)."
