    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I wish to support the amendment as proposed by the Committee and oppose the further amendment. The reason is that we do not need to look like we are denying people corridors of justice. I think Parliament needs to be a bit more careful. Thirty per cent is only to allow you to get to court and then they would come to the constituency where the threshold of people who may want to reject a Member of Parliament’s existence in the constituency is 50 per cent. I plead with hon. Members that if more than 50 per cent of people in your constituency do not like, you do not need to be there. This is because you are really in the wrong place."
