We need to legislate things that can be implemented and 75 per cent is impossible. Again, if you look at the conditions that we have put, for one to be considered a non-performer, they are very difficult that any busybody will not have an opportunity to petition and even for the court to award that petition. So, let us leave the amendment as the Chairman had proposed."
