    "content": "The affidavit is the first one! Then, there is the document from the Kenya Anti-Corruption Commission (KACC) which explains those accounts that were used for fictitious purposes. Those fictitious accounts are referred to in the affidavit. Then, attached to that letter from KACC are the specific accounts they referred to. A good example is on page 3 which I have highlighted. There is the letter of the Governor and that of the CBK."
