"content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, of course, one does not want to speak for the courts. Even the Media knows what the Kenyans courts are doing at the moment. The Minister has inherited a very sad situation. I know that he is not responsible for the actions of his predecessors. However, could he confirm or deny that it is because of vested interests that the Government was forced to cancel the previous award and hence the matter has now ended up in court? This matter has dragged for a very long time. It is a very sorry matter and public money is involved."
