    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, the reason for this small amendment where we are introducing the word “may” is because the clause says that once you have lost in the recall case, you are blocked from running in the subsequent election. We are now introducing this because as they say, in politics, two weeks is a long time. If the Member who lost his seat because of a recall in court has enough strength to convince voters in his constituency, let him be allowed to run and then the voters will decide whether the court was right or it was imposed on them."
