    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, if over 50 per cent of your voters have said that you did not represent them well, it is only fair that you leave the arena for others to compete. I do not see why you should again subject your electorate to decide whether to vote for you if a few weeks ago, over 50 per cent of registers rejected you. Article 49 says so. I do not see why such a candidate or Member of Parliament after dissatisfying his constituents that much should be allowed again to stand. To me, that amendment should not be carried."
