    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. I beg to second the Motion. I think it is proper that I do so, given the circumstances. I would like to echo the sentiments of the Mover and say that in this country, we want to see agricultural experts advising our farmers properly. Since fertilisers have become very expensive, I think it is important that we ask our farmers to start utilising the natural methods of fertilising soil. In the past, we used composite manure from cows, goats, chicken and that is part of organic agriculture. We are talking of genetically-modified foods and essentially what ailments come along when we continue to eat such foods."
