Is the Assistant Minister aware that a number of schools in this country face the same problem of being required to produce title deeds in order to be assisted in many ways and yet the parents are unable to produce those documents? Could the Assistant Minister use his office to either issue a circular or write a letter to all the schools that can give credibility to those who are willing to assist them? Some of those schools cannot even receive the Constituencies Development Fund (CDF) money for development because they lack title deeds."
