    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to reply. (a) I am aware that Hamisi, Seremi, Banje, Shiru, Tigoi and Likindu health centres have no ambulance to serve referral patients at the moment. (b) Hamisi Health Centre will be considered together with other health centres on each facility-priority basis to be allocated ambulances in the current financial year; that is 2006/2007. Currently, there is an ambulance at Vihiga District Hospital which can be used to transport patients from Hamisi, Seremi, Banje, Shiru, Tigoi and Likindu health centres wherever there is need."
