    "content": "Thank you very much, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I confess that I am very dissatisfied with the answer given by the Assistant Minister. He has told us that there is an ambulance in Vihiga District that can be used by those health centres. Some of those health centres are 60 kilometres away from the district hospital. The ambulance at the district hospital is old and cannot cover the entire district. Could the Assistant Minister consider allocating us one ambulance to serve in the constituency because we do not have one?"
